Not the right place

Purchases, refunds, shipping and disputes are between you and the seller on the site where you bought; for eBay, use eBay’s Resolution Center. We never see your account or order on any of those sites.

Report a bad match

The most useful report we get. Send the card or product page URL and what went wrong: an eBay button that opens the wrong card, junk results (lots, proxies, code cards, accessories), a wrong printing or variant, or a price that looks off. Reports are used to tune the search filters and exclusion rules.

Wrong rarity, artist, set membership, product type, pack count, or pull rate. Point us at the page and the source you are relying on (an official product page, a published pull-rate study). Market prices come from TCGplayer via TCGCSV and are refreshed daily; if a price looks stale, tell us the card and variant and we will check the feed.

Sellers and rights holders

eBay buttons on this site open eBay's own search results or listing pages. Where the site lists a deal, and in Deal Check, it shows what eBay's Browse API publishes about that listing (its title, price, seller username and feedback, and a photo loaded from eBay's image server) and links straight to it on eBay. If you are the seller of a listing and want it excluded, or you hold rights in an image and want it taken down, send the item number or image URL. We act on complete requests promptly and do not require a formal notice for straightforward cases.

Alerts and privacy requests

Alert emails are not sending. If you saved a waitlist entry, email us from that address and we delete it. For access, correction or erasure of the data we hold about you under GDPR or CCPA, email from the address in question; we verify by replying to it. See the privacy policy for what we store.

What to include

The URL of the page on Pullnomics you are writing about.
For a listing you found through one of our eBay buttons: the eBay item number, which is the 12-digit number after /itm/ in the listing address, and the page on Pullnomics whose button you used.
For prices: the card, its number, the set and the variant (Normal, Holofoil, Reverse Holofoil), plus the price you expected and where you saw it.
For privacy requests: send from the email address the request concerns.

You can also read how matching and scoring work on the methodology page before reporting; many surprising scores are explained by an assumed shipping cost, and a card listing that does not state Near Mint gets no score at all.
