One inbox for everything. Replies normally go out within two business days; mismatch reports are handled first.
Report a bad match
The most useful report we get. Include the eBay item number (the 12-digit number in the listing URL), the card or product page the listing appeared on, and what is wrong: wrong card, wrong set or printing, wrong variant, misread condition, or a lot, proxy or code card that slipped through. Confirmed mismatches are removed within a day and usually turn into a new exclusion rule.
Email about thisData corrections
Wrong rarity, artist, set membership, product type, pack count, or pull rate. Point us at the page and the source you are relying on (an official product page, a published pull-rate study). Market prices come from TCGplayer via TCGCSV and are refreshed daily; if a price looks stale, tell us the card and variant and we will check the feed.
Email about thisSellers and rights holders
Listings are shown through the official eBay Browse API with the seller's own title, price and photo, and link straight to eBay. If you are the seller of a listing and want it excluded, or you hold rights in an image and want it taken down, send the item number or image URL. We act on complete requests promptly and do not require a formal notice for straightforward cases.
Email about thisAlerts and privacy requests
Every alert email carries a manage link and a one-click unsubscribe, so you rarely need us. For access, correction or erasure of the data we hold about you under GDPR or CCPA, email from the address in question; we verify by replying to it. See the privacy policy for what we store.
Email about thisPress, data and partnerships
We are happy to talk about methodology, share aggregate statistics for editorial use, or discuss integrations. We do not sell placements, sponsored deals or seller promotions: ranking is by Deal Score only, and that is not negotiable.
Email about thisWhat to include
- The URL of the page on Pullnomics you are writing about.
- For listings: the eBay item number. It is the 12-digit number after
/itm/in the listing address, and it is also shown in the click-through link. - For prices: the card, its number, the set and the variant (Normal, Holofoil, Reverse Holofoil), plus the price you expected and where you saw it.
- For privacy requests: send from the email address the request concerns.
You can also read how matching and scoring work on the methodology page before reporting; many surprising scores are explained by the condition multiplier or an assumed shipping cost.
