One Piece card price list: the most valuable cards by set
The dearest English One Piece cards by TCGplayer market price on October 15, 2026, led by a promo Rebecca at $8,000, and which sets and rarities hold them.
On October 15, 2026 the most valuable English One Piece card the site can price with a firm market is a Rebecca promo from the October Championship 2024 Online Regional, card OP05-091, at a TCGplayer market price of $8,000. Its lowest listing was $9,999.99, above the market price. Next come a Boa Hancock SP from Extra Booster: Anime 25th Collection at $6,969.69 and the Rocks.D.Xebec Super Alternate Art from OP-17 The World's Strongest Warriors at $6,100.
Every figure here is a TCGplayer market price in US dollars for an English-language card, taken through TCGCSV. It is a price for the card as listed on TCGplayer, not a graded price.
What the catalog covers
The site's catalog lists 7,305 English One Piece cards across booster sets, extra and premium boosters, starter and other decks, event and pre-release card sets, and the promotion cards. On October 15, 2026, 6,888 of them had a TCGplayer market price. Of those:
- the median card is $0.76;
- 423 cards are priced at $100 or more, and 69 at $1,000 or more;
- 170 have a thin market: no TCGplayer listing, or a lowest listing more than 1.5 times the market price. The rankings below leave those out and name the largest of them separately.
Each card is priced at the printing chosen by the site's one price rule. For every card in the table below that printing is the foil.

Three of the ten are tournament or serial-numbered promos rather than cards from a booster pack. Two of the ten, the Rebecca and the SP Luffy, had a lowest listing above the market price: on October 15 no copy was listed at or below it.
One number, several cards
The card number does not identify a card on its own. OP05-119 is a Monkey.D.Luffy number that appears twice in the table: as an SP from OP-11 A Fist of Divine Speed at $5,749.97 and as a manga printing from PRB-01 at $5,000. Another version, the Gold SP from OP-11, is priced at $13,000 but has a thin market. The Roronoa Zoro OP06-118 is the same: the manga alternate art from OP-06 Wings of the Captain was at $2,490 and the manga printing in PRB-01 at $2,350. Each card page names its set and printing, and its price applies to that card alone.
Thin markets left out
The largest prices the table passes over are thin. The Gold SP Luffy OP05-119 has a market price of $13,000 against a lowest listing of $49,999.95, and the Red Super Alternate Art Luffy OP13-118 from OP-13 is priced at $7,500 with its lowest listing at $75,000. A promo Roronoa Zoro from the Championship 25-26 Regionals Season 1 ($5,000, lowest listing $8,000) and a Gold-Stamped Signature Luffy ST01-012 from OP-05 ($4,999.99, lowest listing $8,999.99) also fall outside the 1.5 times limit. Their pages show the price with the lowest listing beside it, but no ranking here uses them.
Which sets hold the $100 cards
The Promotion Cards group holds more cards at $100 or more than any set: 197 of its 1,070 priced cards, out of 1,360 in the group. The group holds tournament prize cards, event cards and serial-numbered cards alongside 873 priced promos under $100, so about one in five of its priced cards reaches $100. Among the sets, the counts at $100 or more on October 15, 2026 were:
| Set | Cards at $100 or more | Dearest firm card |
|---|---|---|
| PRB-01 Premium Booster The Best | 27 | Monkey.D.Luffy OP05-119 (Manga), $5,000 |
| EB-02 Anime 25th Collection | 25 | Boa Hancock (SP), $6,969.69 |
| OP-13 Carrying On His Will | 18 | Sabo (Red Super Alternate Art), $4,800 |
| PRB-02 Premium Booster The Best Vol. 2 | 18 | Sanji OP06-119 (Manga), $2,284.36 |
| OP-17 The World's Strongest Warriors | 15 | Rocks.D.Xebec (Super Alternate Art), $6,100 |
| OP-09 Emperors in the New World | 13 | Marshall.D.Teach (Manga), $2,000.99 |
| OP-01 Romance Dawn | 12 | Shanks (Parallel, Manga, Alternate Art), $3,998.74 |
| EB-03 Heroines Edition | 11 | Nico Robin (SP), $1,457.99 |
| OP-15 Adventure on Kami's Island | 11 | Enel (Manga), $928.75 |
At the other end, OP-02 Paramount War had 4 cards at $100 or more, with a Sanji alternate art at $132.97 as its dearest firm card, and EB-01 Memorial Collection had 3. Only one deck set reached $100: the Super Pre-Release Edition of ST-01 Straw Hat Crew had 3 cards at $100 or more, led by a Monkey.D.Luffy (001) at $1,076.71. No other starter deck, ultra deck or demo deck in the catalog had a card at $100. OP-18 The Dominance of God had only 3 priced cards and the EB-05 Heroines Edition Vol. 2 none, since neither had been released by October 15.
By rarity
By the rarity TCGplayer gives each card, the 423 cards at $100 or more split into 109 Super Rares (SR), 75 promos (PR), 67 Rares (R), 59 Leaders (L), 45 Secret Rares (SEC), 30 DON!! cards, 22 Commons, 13 Uncommons and 3 Treasure Rares (TR). Secret Rares number 148 priced cards, and almost a third of them (45) are at $100 or more. Commons and Uncommons are the most numerous, 3,708 priced cards between them, and 35 reach $100. The rarity letter is TCGplayer's own. The card name shows the printing, such as "(Parallel)", "(Manga)", "(SP)" or "(Super Alternate Art)", and every booster card in the table above carries such a tag in its name.
How we got these numbers
The data pack was built from the site's catalog on October 15, 2026: every English One Piece card, each at the price of its own printing chosen by the site's one price rule, with that printing's lowest and highest TCGplayer listing. A card counts as a thin market when it has no lowest listing or its lowest listing is more than 1.5 times its market price, and the rankings use only cards with a firm market. Counts at $100 or more include thin markets, since they count prices rather than name cards. The methodology page explains where the prices come from, and the One Piece sets page lists every set the catalog holds.
What changes and what stays
Dated figures: every price, lowest listing, median and count in this guide is as of October 15, 2026, and so is the order of the cards. Each card page shows its price and price history day by day, and new sets and promos add cards to the counts.
Lasting facts: a card number can belong to several printings in different sets, a thin market is left out of a ranking, and the prices are TCGplayer market prices for English cards.
Bottom line
On October 15, 2026 the dearest English One Piece card with a firm market was a Rebecca tournament promo, OP05-091, at $8,000, followed by a Boa Hancock SP from EB-02 at $6,969.69 and the OP-17 Rocks.D.Xebec Super Alternate Art at $6,100. Of 6,888 priced cards, 423 were at $100 or more and the median was $0.76. The Promotion Cards group holds the most $100 cards, followed by PRB-01 and EB-02, and among the decks only the Super Pre-Release ST-01 had cards at $100.
