One Piece OP-18 The Dominance of God: release date, presale prices

The short version

OP-18 "The Dominance of God" is the next main booster set of the One Piece Card Game, and Bandai has said only that it releases in November 2026. November 20, 2026 is the day on retailer and distributor listings, and Bandai has not confirmed it. As of mid-September 2026 the presale booster box has a TCGplayer market price of about $400, about 3.3 times the $119.76 that 24 packs (one box as sold by retailers) cost at Bandai's official $4.99 pack price for OP-13. TCGplayer lists 6 cards and none has a market price, so Pullnomics shows no expected value (EV) for the set today. The honest downside: the full card list, OP-18's own pull rates and its card prices are all unknown, and a presale price is a reseller's price, not a retail one.

What Bandai has announced

The set was revealed at One Piece Day '26, and Bandai's English X account says it "releases November 2026". Two details about its contents are official: Franky gets his first Leader card (a leader is the card a deck is built around), and two characters are illustrated by Yoshitaka Amano. No official English product page and no official US MSRP had been found when these facts were checked on 2026-09-19.

November 20, 2026 appears on distributor and retailer listings. It is not a Bandai date: the month is official and the day is reported. Leaked and third-party card lists are not repeated here.

Presale prices today

Every OP-18 product on TCGplayer is a presale: what resellers ask and sell for today, not a retail price. Figures in the text are approximate, as of mid-September 2026. The block is live.

• The Dominance of God Booster Box: market price about $400, lowest listing about $370. At 24 packs per box as sold by retailers, that is about $17 per pack.
• Booster pack: about $25 for one pack.
• Double Pack Set Vol. 13: about $70 for two packs, about $35 per pack.
• Booster box case (a case is 12 boxes as sold by retailers): no market price yet. The lowest listing is about $4,580, or about $380 per box.

Bandai publishes no box MSRP. Its official pack price is $4.99 for OP-13 (Bandai's OP-13 page) and for EB-05, the extra booster Bandai dates October 30, 2026. For main booster sets the 24-pack box size comes from retailer listings, not Bandai, and 24 packs at $4.99 is $119.76. No official OP-18 price exists, so $119.76 is a reference built on those pack prices, not an OP-18 MSRP. Against it the presale box is about $280 higher, about 3.3 times as much, and the presale pack at about $25 is about five times $4.99.

Against the other main-set boxes

Pullnomics models 12 released main-set booster boxes, OP-06 to OP-17. As of mid-September 2026 their market prices run from about $231 for The Time of Battle (OP-16) to about $663 for Emperors in the New World (OP-09).

The OP-18 presale box, at about $400, is priced above nine of the 12. Three cost more: OP-09, A Fist of Divine Speed (OP-11) at about $605 and Carrying On His Will (OP-13) at about $448. The newest released box, The World's Strongest Warriors (OP-17), is about $334.

This guide has no presale price history for earlier sets, and it makes no statement about where this price goes.

How many cards are listed so far

TCGplayer lists 6 OP-18 cards as of 2026-09-19, and none has a market price yet: a market price is an average of recent sales. The six are one leader, two Super Rares (one a manga printing) and three Secret Rares (two of them Alternate Art). An Alternate Art, also called a parallel, has the same card number, rules text and stats with different artwork. A manga rare uses artwork from panels of the manga and is the top chase printing of most main sets. The list is incomplete until release and will grow, and the OP-18 set page shows it as it stands.

Why there is no expected value yet

EV is what the cards in a box would fetch on average at current TCGplayer market prices, weighted by how often each kind of card turns up. With no card prices there is nothing to value, so the site shows no EV for any OP-18 product, and this guide does not estimate one.

The site models released main booster sets from OP-06 on, so OP-18 qualifies once it is out and its cards have market prices. The model gives two figures. "All tiers" is the long-run average over many boxes. "No case hit" is the average of boxes with no SP card (a special-treatment version of a card, usually from another set), no manga rare, no Treasure Rare (a rare special printing, one card in each recent English main set) and no gold DON!! card (DON!! cards are the game's resource cards). Those four kinds are the case hits. Most boxes contain none, and the all-tiers average is lifted by them. The no-case-hit figure is itself an average, and a single box is often lower still.

For scale, OP-17 as of mid-September 2026: all tiers about $125 and no case hit about $62, against a box price of about $334. In all 12 modelled boxes both figures are below the box price today: all tiers runs from about 0.13 of it (OP-13) to about 0.56 (OP-15), and no case hit from about 0.05 (OP-09) to about 0.30 (OP-15). None of this is an OP-18 figure: those depend on card prices that do not exist yet.

The model leaves out Super Alternate Art cards (a rarer tier above Alternate Art), gold and silver SP variants, special-foil and alternate-art DON!! cards, and bulk: rares, commons, uncommons and base leaders. This is information, not financial advice. Opening sealed product is a gamble with a skewed payout, and buying singles is the cheaper way to get a specific card.

The pull-rate estimates behind the model

Bandai publishes no pull rates. Every rate here is a community estimate from box and case openings of English boxes, last reviewed on 2026-09-19. The largest English sample found is about three cases (1,000+ packs) of OP-17 aggregated by tcgtalk, which does not name the openers. In these estimates an English box holds about 7 Super Rares (6 to 8), and a Secret Rare turns up in about 1 box in 2 (0.33 to 0.67 per box). Alternate Art cards come to about 1.67 per box: about 0.33 leaders (0.25 to 0.33) and about 1.33 others (1 to 1.67). Case hits are rarer: SP cards about 2 per case (1 to 2), gold DON!! cards about 1 per case (1 to 2), a Treasure Rare about 1 per case at most (0 to 1), and manga rares about 1 per 4 cases (sources range from 1 per 2 to 1 per 6). These are averages, not promises: the one fully itemised OP-16 case had 5 SP cards and no manga rare. OP-18 is not out, so none of these rates has been checked against it.

English boxes, not Japanese ones

Every figure in this guide is for English boxes. Japanese boxes are a different product, with fewer cards per pack and about 4 to 5 Super Rares per box instead of about 7 in an English box, and many online guides mix the two without saying so.

The $119.76 reference is 24 packs at $4.99, and Bandai publishes no box MSRP. Pull rates are community estimates for English boxes, last reviewed on 2026-09-19. The EV model leaves out Super Alternate Art cards, gold and silver SP variants, special-foil and alternate-art DON!! cards and bulk, and OP-18 gets no EV until its cards have market prices.
