Where to buy Delta Reign in the US: Prerelease to launch day

Delta Reign is a Mega Evolution series expansion of the English Pokémon TCG, and The Pokémon Company gives its official release date as Friday, November 6, 2026. The first sale of its packs that The Pokémon Company has announced comes earlier: from Saturday, October 24, 2026, select Play! Pokémon Stores sell the Build & Battle Box, built for Prerelease play. As of September 28, 2026 we found no announcement by any store of its Delta Reign launch plans, purchase limits or prices, so this guide sets out the limits and policies the Pokémon Center and the main chains used before, each with its date and source.

Prices in this guide are TCGplayer market values as of September 28, 2026. On that day TCGplayer listed 16 Delta Reign products other than cases, and 7 of them had no market price. The presale booster box stood at $262.59, 62 percent above $161.64, which is 36 packs at $4.49, the Pokémon Center's price for a pack of earlier sets, read on September 18, 2026. TCGplayer's presale market price reflects what buyers paid for copies ahead of release, not what a store charges. The Delta Reign calendar

August 20, 2026. The Pokémon Company International announced Delta Reign with a release date of November 6, 2026 and over 135 cards.

Saturday, October 24, 2026. In a Prerelease article dated September 28, 2026, The Pokémon Company says select Play! Pokémon Stores "will begin selling" the Delta Reign Build & Battle Box on this day, 13 days before the official release, for Prerelease play. Per the article, the box contains four Delta Reign packs, a 40-card deck "featuring key cards from current and prior expansions", and one of four foil promos: Masquerain, Magmortar, Enamorus or Kommo-o. The article says: "To find a Prerelease event near you, be sure to use the Event Locator." No price for the box or for entry had been announced as of September 28, 2026.

Friday, November 6, 2026. Launch. The same article says "these Build & Battle Boxes will be available for purchase when the expansion officially launches." On September 28, 2026 TCGplayer listed the other 15 Delta Reign products, cases aside, for November 6 but the Build & Battle Box for November 20. Because this site takes release dates from TCGplayer, the Build & Battle Box page and the release calendar showed November 20 that day, not the official launch date.

What TCGplayer lists, and the presale prices

We found no official Delta Reign product list as of September 28, 2026, and TCGplayer's listing is not one. Pack counts here are the site's catalog counts; only the Build & Battle Box's four packs come from an official page. The live table below shows the site's Delta Reign products from TCGplayer's listing, apart from cases, with presale market prices updated daily and the premium over a retail figure where there is one.

The Retail column is not an official Delta Reign price: The Pokémon Company had announced none by September 28, 2026. Its figures are earlier sets' Pokémon Center prices read on September 18, 2026 ($4.49 a pack, $26.94 for a six-pack bundle, $161.64 for a 36-pack box, $59.99 for the Pokémon Center's own Elite Trainer Box) and, for the standard Elite Trainer Box, $49.99. That $49.99 is not a Pokémon Center figure but the price TCGplayer reported in February 2026 and ICv2 in September 2026, and we found no figure from The Pokémon Company International to confirm it. The same month, according to ICv2, two national chains drew criticism for their markups on 30th Celebration preorders.

Per pack on September 28, 2026, the presale booster box was about $7.30 and the Elite Trainer Box, at $135.80, about $15.10; the box was the only priced product under $13 a pack. The seven unpriced products included the Build & Battle Box and both Target exclusive blisters, and TCGplayer also listed five cases, which the table leaves out.

For scale, the same day's market prices of the Perfect Order, Chaos Rising and Pitch Black booster boxes, released from March to July 2026, were 9 to 18 percent above $161.64, and the Phantasmal Flames box of November 2025 was 140 percent above it.

Which stores sell which products

No store had said by September 28, 2026 which Delta Reign products it will carry. On record are the pattern at earlier releases and TCGplayer's product names.

• Play! Pokémon Stores are the only stores named in the official Delta Reign pages we could read, for the Build & Battle Box from October 24.
• The Pokémon Center, as of September 2026, has no permanent US store and sells online, as our stores guide records. Our MSRP guide notes, from TCGplayer, that the 11-pack Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box of earlier sets was sold at retail only by the Pokémon Center.
• Best Buy, for Phantasmal Flames, announced on November 10, 2025 that sleeved booster packs, the booster bundle and the Elite Trainer Box would be sold in store only, and the booster box only on BestBuy.com and its app, by invitation.
• Target is named only in TCGplayer's product names for the Keldeo and Xerneas blisters, marked "Target Exclusive". We found no Target announcement about them.
• The two premium checklane blisters: no store had said by September 28, 2026 where they will be sold.

Purchase limits and queues, with their dates

No store had announced a Delta Reign purchase limit as of September 28, 2026. These rules are from earlier releases: what each store has done, not what it will do.

• Pokémon Center. Its support pages as they stood in September 2026, which the MSRP guide sets out, say that limits appear on each product page, that you keep one queue window open without refreshing, and that getting through the queue does not guarantee stock. On September 18, 2026 that guide found a limit of 1 on the Pitch Black booster display box and 2 each on its booster bundle and Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box. Per the Preorder FAQ as the guide read it that month, payment is taken when a preorder ships, and only credit or debit cards are accepted.
• Best Buy. The November 10, 2025 rules set 4 sleeved booster packs, 1 booster bundle and 1 Elite Trainer Box per person. Before opening, staff were to hand out tickets from the front of the line, each giving a limited time to buy, and Best Buy said it could not guarantee a ticket to everyone in line. Its Pokémon post of August 25, 2026 gave no limits.
• GameStop. As ComicBook.com reported on May 21, 2025, GameStop said on its X account the day before that, from the Destined Rivals launch on May 30, new Pokémon card products other than sleeved booster packs would be limited to 1 per customer per item, with sleeved booster packs staying at 5. This guide does not cover GameStop's announcements after that date, and GameStop may have set other limits since.
• Target. Its Black Friday press release of November 20, 2025 limited its exclusive Pokémon bundles in that promotion to two per item per transaction.
• Walmart. Kotaku reported on November 4, 2025, citing an internal company announcement, that from the next day Walmart would cap trading card purchases at five packages per visit. No public Walmart page we found states it.

These rules appeared in Best Buy's and Target's corporate newsrooms, GameStop's X account and the Pokémon Center's product pages, and release details in pokemon.com news. Those are the places to check nearer October 24 and November 6; we cannot say when, or whether, any will publish Delta Reign rules.

Returns and late orders

On return policies read on September 28, 2026, Target and Best Buy do not take trading cards back:

• Target's returns page makes trading cards and trading card accessories nonreturnable from January 30, 2023, lists Pokémon cards among its examples, and makes no exception for unopened product.
• Best Buy's return policy, effective February 23, 2026, lists trading cards, including Pokémon cards, as nonreturnable, and applies the same standard policy to its marketplace sellers unless noted.

Walmart's help pages returned a bot check and GameStop's return policy page an error when we tried to read them on September 28, 2026, so we state no policy for either. Our guides do not cover the Pokémon Center's return rules, so we state none. On cancellation, the MSRP guide records from the Pokémon Center's support pages as of September 2026 that a normal order cannot be canceled or changed, that you can cancel a preorder yourself only before it is processed, and that the Pokémon Center can cancel a preorder whose card cannot be authorized before shipping.

For an online order that arrives late or not at all, the MSRP guide sets out what the Federal Trade Commission's pages say about its Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, on shipping times, delays and refunds; it did not check how the rule treats a preorder with an announced release date. The same section covers disputing charges under the Fair Credit Billing Act, which the FTC describes for credit cards; its page says nothing about the debit cards that Pokémon Center preorders also take. None of this is legal advice.

Buying on the secondary market

On each Delta Reign product page you will find eBay buttons, which are affiliate links, beside the TCGplayer market price where TCGplayer reports one, its price history and the price that counts as 12 percent below market. The first button opens eBay's own search results filtered to Buy It Now listings from US sellers, with proxies, lots, code cards and look-alike products excluded, sorted by price plus shipping and capped at 12 percent under market (item price, before shipping). The second opens the same search without the price cap. Where there is a market price, both searches also leave out listings under half of it, because at that price a sealed listing is almost always a different item: on September 28, 2026 that floor was $16 for the sleeved booster pack, whose lowest TCGplayer listing was $14.99. With no market price there is nothing to cap against, so that day the seven unpriced products' pages showed only the second button.

An empty capped search means nothing is listed below market at that moment, and eBay's own "Save this search" emails matches as sellers list them. The site counts a listing as below market only when its landed price, item plus shipping, is at least 12 percent under the adjusted market price, and a seller's "was" price counts for nothing, as the methodology page sets out.

Until a product is released, though, the site shows its price as a presale price and never scores an eBay listing for it as a deal, so no Delta Reign listing can reach the deals page or match an alert while TCGplayer marks the product presale or its listed release date is ahead. On September 28, 2026 that date was November 6 for most Delta Reign products and November 20 for the Build & Battle Box. Bots and scalping, in brief

As of September 28, 2026 US federal law had no statute aimed specifically at automated buying of retail goods: the BOTS Act of 2016 covers event tickets, and the Senate's Stopping Grinch Bots Act of 2025, S.3516, showed no action in the official bill status records after its referral to committee on December 17, 2025. Texas is different: since September 1, 2023 its law has barred selling or using software, for commercial purposes, that takes a buyer past a seller's posted per-purchaser limit or gets around a website's purchase controls. What changes and what stays

Every price here is dated: presale market prices, lowest listings, prices per pack, percentages over retail, the $16 eBay floor and the count of seven unpriced products are TCGplayer data as of September 28, 2026, and the retail figures are the earlier-set prices described beside the table. The live table above updates daily, and once a product is released the site shows its price as a market price, not a presale one. The Build & Battle Box's November 20 date on the site follows TCGplayer's listing and changes when that listing does; until the site's date passes, it treats the box as presale. Store limits and policies stand as published on the dates given, and any store can change them. On September 28, 2026 the Delta Reign set page was a placeholder built from TCGplayer's listings, with no card list, pull rates or expected value.

The November 6, 2026 release date, the October 24 start of Build & Battle Box sales at select Play! Pokémon Stores and the box's contents are official and change only if The Pokémon Company announces a change. Pack counts other than the Build & Battle Box's are the site's catalog counts, and the product list is TCGplayer's; an official Delta Reign product list could change either. The legal points would change with a new federal or state law, a change to an FTC rule or a court ruling.

Bottom line

Delta Reign's first announced sale is the Build & Battle Box at select Play! Pokémon Stores from October 24, 2026, and the set releases on November 6, 2026, when the official article says those boxes also go on sale. No store had announced Delta Reign plans, limits or prices as of September 28, 2026. On that day the presale booster box was $262.59, about $7.30 a pack, against $4.49, the Pokémon Center's pack price for earlier sets as read on September 18, 2026. The presale Elite Trainer Box was $135.80, against $49.99, the standard Elite Trainer Box price TCGplayer and ICv2 reported for earlier sets. Seven of the 16 products other than cases had no market price. The purchase limits on record are from earlier launches, and on return policies read on September 28, 2026, Target and Best Buy do not take trading cards back.
